Major mixed-use development site acquired in London’s thrilling King’s Cross

The purchase of 330 Grays Inn Road, currently occupied by the Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital, is in line with Glenwell Group’s strategy of acquiring well-located central London sites with major development potential.

The 1.5 acre freehold site in the heart of King’s Cross, acquired from The Royal Free Charity, will accommodate a high-quality, mixed-use scheme while substantially improving the neighbouring ‘King’s Cross Central’ urban regeneration plan, which, when completed, will accommodate circa 4m sq. ft. of commercial space, over 2,000 new homes, and has been chosen by major global companies such as Google, YouTube and Louis Vuitton as the location of their UK headquarters.

Additionally, the site is located within the ‘Knowledge Quarter’, a world-renowned cluster of over 85 cultural, research, scientific, business and academic institutions.
