Glenwell Group & Bain Capital to set benchmark in sustainability with Spain’s First Zero-Emission Office Building
Glenwell Group is pleased to announce the partnership with Bain Capital to develop one of Spain’s first zero carbon footprint office buildings, which will be one of the most sustainable buildings in the southern European office market.
Pamplona 64-66 will be a state-of-the-art office building, located in Barcelona’s [email protected] office district, with a total area of 15,383 sqm distributed over 6 floors. The building has been designed by the architecture, planning and landscaping firm Batlleiroig and will be developed by Glenwell Group. This proposal is characterized by the flexibility and level of innovation of the building, committed to sustainable design and minimum environmental impact. Construction works will start in December and are expected to be completed by the end of 2024.
The construction intends to comply with PAS2060 certification guidelines and aims to become a net zero-emission office building, thanks to its wooden structure, carbonized wood enclosure, roof terraces with abundant vegetation and a natural ventilation system that, together with other passive measures, will enable it to obtain LEED Platinum, WELL Platinum, WIRED Score Gold and SmartCore sustainability certifications. Thanks to this, the project creates a natural working environment focused on the user’s well-being, which will make the building a benchmark in sustainability.

New Notting Hill acquisitions set to bring 23 luxury apartments to prime location rental market
Glenwell Group is proud to confirm the unconditional exchange of contracts to acquire two adjoining freehold investment buildings on Clanricarde Gardens, Notting Hill.
The vacant unmodernised buildings were acquired off market and will now be converted into 23 luxury apartments.
The construction project will commence in the summer and once completed will deliver valuable high specification rental product into the market.

The [email protected] district, centre for innovation and development in Barcelona, is preparing for the Green Oasis Campus project, Glenwell Group’s latest development in the capital of Catalonia. The works include three office buildings and some modernist-style warehouses that are integrated into the complex.

Z Green Oasis, the new office campus in the prime area of Barcelona’s [email protected] district, was sold to CBRE Global Investors in forward purchase format.
Designed by the renowned architectural firm BCA, with a total office area of 15,439 sq m, Z Green Oasis consists of three new buildings alongside three converted modernist warehouses, all expected to complete by Q3 2023. The innovative campus is a pioneer in urban regeneration due to more than 5,000 sq m of green space and outside terraces. Z Green Oasis meets LEED Gold and WELL Gold standards, as well as the highest standards in sustainability.

Go-ahead granted for London aparthotel plans featuring historic façade

Groveworld project plan to inject new life into King’s Cross given green light
Five new buildings will occupy the 34,000 m2 site of the former Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital in the well-located central London district of King’s Cross.
The project will be developed by the Glenwell Group’s Groveworld brand and designed by renowned architects AHMM. The mixed-use development will include a 190-room hotel with a large restaurant area, and office and residential buildings surrounded by gardens and green areas.
This high-end development will form part of the urban renewal plan for King’s Cross, a district known as a hub for cultural, research, scientific, and academic institutions and which has been selected by large-scale enterprises such as Google, YouTube and Louis Vuitton as the location of their UK headquarters.
